Luxembourg Music School

The Luxembourg Music School is a private music school offering high-quality lessons in percussion, drums, guitar, ukulele, bass, piano, singing, as well as a wide range of wind instruments. Our programs are designed for children, teenagers, and adults, whether they are complete beginners or more advanced musicians looking to refine their skills.

We provide an excellent alternative to public music schools and conservatories by focusing on practical music-making from the very beginning. Instead of separating theory and practice, we integrate essential musical concepts directly into the lessons, allowing students to learn naturally while playing. This approach keeps lessons engaging, accessible, and results-oriented, helping students progress quickly while enjoying the process.

Our goal is to inspire and nurture a lifelong love of music. We believe that learning an instrument should be both motivating and rewarding, which is why we tailor each lesson to the individual needs, interests, and pace of every student. Our qualified and experienced teachers are passionate about sharing their knowledge and are dedicated to creating a positive and supportive learning environment where every student can thrive and reach their full musical potential.

Luxembourg Music School

About luxmusicschool.lu

Founded in 2002 by Al Ginter as the AGP Drum School, the Luxembourg Music School quickly established itself as a reference for high-quality percussion education. With a strong focus on technique, rhythm, and musicality, the school attracted students from across the region who were looking for structured, professional instruction in a motivating and friendly environment. Under his leadership until 2015, many students developed their skills successfully—some even progressing to conservatory studies or pursuing careers as professional musicians.

In 2015, Ralf Trebing and Putti Fischer took over the school, bringing fresh energy and a broader musical vision. While maintaining the high standards established in percussion, they expanded the program to include guitar, keyboards, and piano, transforming the school into a more comprehensive music education center. This evolution allowed students to explore a wider range of instruments and musical styles, while still benefiting from personalized teaching and a strong pedagogical foundation.

Since 2020, the school has been based in Sandweiler, offering modern teaching facilities and a welcoming atmosphere for students of all ages and levels. Today, the Luxembourg Music School continues to grow, combining experience, passion, and innovation to inspire the next generation of musicians—whether they are learning for enjoyment, personal development, or professional ambitions.
